Alternatively, shorten and remove the top layer (color and top coat), wrap the nails with a cotton pad soaked in cleaner, and wait 10–15 minutes. Then gently remove the remaining tips and base, and smooth the nail surface with a 100–180 grit buffer. How to Use: Apliccation1. Gently matt the nail plate with a buffer (make sure to remove only the shine without damaging the plate).2.
